I was reflecting on the past 5 years and found my invoice where I paid for the HBCU Force 8-week salesforce course. I invested so little and got so much (I’m on the third SF job, I’ve been an instructor, had my first 6-figure job, have a group of black women friends that I still Slack with, moved and now working in New Zealand, attended SF conferences, won a SF Scholarship, spoke a user group meetings)! HUGE return on investment so I’m saying THANK YOU bc this had changed my life.

I had an incredible experience interning at Tech Forward. Over the course of my internship, I had the opportunity to go to the Dreamin In Color conference and BcForward , which helped me develop skills in software development, data analysis, and problem-solving. The team was supportive and always willing to share their knowledge, which made for a collaborative and motivating work environment. This experience has been amazing in preparing me for a career in tech , and I am grateful for the opportunity I had to grow both professionally and personally.

Before taking the Salesforce course with Tech Forward, I had never heard of Salesforce before. Not only did I learn about how Salesforce is an innovative solution in the business world, I was also exposed to the many different career paths within the Salesforce Ecosystem.
